What information does WIA require when I want to instruct them?? Print E-mail
We recognise that it can be a daunting prospect to contact a private investigator for the first time, and it would be rare to find a case that is straight forward, so let us assure you that your communication with us will be met professionally, and with understanding every time.

Points to consider:

•    Your initial consultation is always free of charge and obligation!

•    We will need an overview (history) of the circumstances.
Try to jot down notes of the relevant points. Include names, dates and times where possible. If it is particularly complicated and involved, consider typing out a chronological history on a word document first and emailing it ahead of making your consultation phone call.

•    What are your objectives and expectations?
What do you want to be the eventual outcome of our enquires? We will advise you on initial consultation if those objectives and expectations are achievable and by what means.

•    Consider your budget. It is impossible because of the diverse range of services that we offer to print here a table of costs. Each investigation is different in terms of manpower needed and techniques used to achieve results. However, when we have a better understanding of your requirements we will be in a position to provide you will a quote. It is important however for you to have thought through your budget before so that we may realistically be able to advise you. Remember, you are not instructing us at this stage and our advise to you is FREE.

•    We will need a means of contacting you!
Consider ahead of time the best details we can use to contact you.  In some cases, your usual email address is not necessarily the best point of contact
